At Lo's Loft Co., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your items, we're here to help! Please read our return policy below:

Eligibility for Returns

Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them, with all original tags attached.
Items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged.
We do not accept returns on undergarments, swimwear, or any other intimate items for hygiene reasons.

Return Process

Request a Return: To initiate a return, please email our customer service team at hello@losloftco.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, you will receive a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item(s) back.
Shipping Your Return: You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please email our customer service team to confirm availability. Once confirmed, return the original item, and we will process the exchange as soon as we receive it.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
